Job Summary

A marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Email Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing client relationships and assuming responsibility for the success of an email production account
  • Demonstrating technical expertise while producing email campaigns, email reporting, and data targeting
  • Ensuring all timelines are appropriately determined and achieved to ensure client success

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or work experience that demonstrates comparable abilities
  • 5+ years experience in information technology or technical marketing, with at least 2 years in a client-facing position
  • Experience in a technical leadership role executing complex email campaigns in Oracle Responsys
  • Solid understanding of: email best practices, campaign management, database concepts, data management and ETL best practices
