Job Summary
A consulting firm is filling a position for a Virtual Energy Efficiency Services Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receive inbound calls to resolve customer questions or concerns
- Make outbound calls to retain/recapture or offer plans to customers.
- Maintain an acceptable volume of various customer retention and sales per week and month
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School or GED required
- High speed internet required (basic computer equipment supplied)
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer facing environment r
- Type 35+ WPM
