Job Summary

A consulting firm is filling a position for a Virtual Energy Efficiency Services Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receive inbound calls to resolve customer questions or concerns
  • Make outbound calls to retain/recapture or offer plans to customers.
  • Maintain an acceptable volume of various customer retention and sales per week and month

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School or GED required
  • High speed internet required (basic computer equipment supplied)
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer facing environment r
