Virtual Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of virtual enrollment specialists, the full-time Night Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive process improvements while working remotely with a flexible schedule between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for team metrics to meet departmental goals and enhance performance
• Manage the daily activities of the team, including interviewing, training, and performance management
• Conduct audits to assess quality and customer effort, documenting findings and recommending improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a virtual team effectively
• Flexibility to work between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday
