An IT infrastructure and information management company is in need of a Virtual Enterprise Services IT Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Triaging inbound support cases
  • Solving Tier 1 and 2 cases independently
  • Identifying and assigning tier 3 support cases

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in IT/Consulting
  • 5 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
  • Endpoint Security experience
  • Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting experience
  • Incident response experience
