Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Virtual Entertainment Travel Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling our entertainment travel accounts
- Booking all travel components (air, car, hotel), managing room blocks and rooming lists for talent and crew
- Handling refunds, exchanges and customer service issues
Required Skills:
- Experience with entertainment travel and handling travel for large groups
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre
- Ability to offer superior client service to a diverse clientele
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
