Job Summary
A virtual administrative support provider is seeking a Virtual Estate Planning Paralegal.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting attorneys with estate planning matters
- Providing trust-based planning
- Assisting with preparation of documents
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with estate planning software, preferably ForeTrust, Wealth Counsel or Hot Docs
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- 3+ years of recent (within the last six months) experience working as a paralegal in estate planning
- Experience drafting and preparing wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and documents involving the transfer of property
- Expert proficiency with utilizing all programs within Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
