A company is looking for a Virtual Eureka Math Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe classrooms and conduct virtual coaching sessions to enhance instructional practices
• Partner with educators to set actionable goals and provide targeted strategies for improvement
• Engage in ongoing professional development and support the coaching model to maximize student outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in coaching and/or teaching Eureka Math curriculum
• Proven experience coaching instructional coaches or K-12 school leaders
• Demonstrated effectiveness in improving student outcomes as a teacher or instructional leader
• Ability to communicate specific, actionable strategies to foster growth
• Capacity to build rapport with diverse adult learners
