Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Evening and Weekend Call Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping clients to enroll students in institutions of higher learning
  • Assisting with employment applications and the prequalification process
  • Capturing additional information from the prospective student

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to talk on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
  • Above average computer and typing skills; 35 WPM minimum
  • Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback
  • Drive to meet and exceed goals and metrics as it relates to performance and quality of work
  • High speed and wired internet connection
  • Computer with at least 4 GB of RAM; 2GHz processor
