Managing client relationships and project execution, the full-time Virtual Event Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of virtual events remotely, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage project scope, ensuring successful execution of virtual events for clients
• Communicate with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of events while maintaining project artifacts
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in virtual event management and implement best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing and producing virtual events for clients
