Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of webinars and podcasts, including planning, production, and promotion
Manage logistics, guest coordination, and platform setup for seamless event execution
Support in-person event planning and execution as needed

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing webinars, podcasts, or virtual events
Proficiency with Zoom Webinar and podcast recording tools
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Experience in B2B marketing within healthcare, SaaS, or fintech is a strong plus
