Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events
- Striving to improve virtual event management processes
- Understanding and managing project scope as agreed with the client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Experience defining and documenting processes
- Experience driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metrics
- Perceptive, collaborative and customer-orientated
- A natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful
