Job Summary

A technology company specializing in learning management tools is seeking a Virtual Event Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events
  • Striving to improve virtual event management processes
  • Understanding and managing project scope as agreed with the client

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
  • Experience defining and documenting processes
  • Experience driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metrics
  • Perceptive, collaborative and customer-orientated
  • A natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful
