Job Summary

Enthusiastic and highly motivated, the part-time Virtual Event Moderator will manage virtual presentations, including live Q&A sessions, while collaborating with staff, speakers, and sponsors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate virtual presentations, providing introductions and facilitating live Q&A sessions
• Attend and prepare for live events and pre-recordings, collaborating with the production and marketing team
• Contribute constructive feedback on presentation content and scripts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science-related field
• Knowledge of the life sciences, clinical diagnostics, or medical industry
• Strong on-screen presence and verbal communication skills
• Able to provide a professional environment for on-camera viewing
• Access to a personal computer with a hard-wired internet connection
