Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Event Producer to manage and facilitate virtual events.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Virtual Events team to prepare for, facilitate, and produce virtual events
• Connect and train presenters on the event platform and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure high-quality audio and video during live events and communicate any concerns to the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Adobe Connect
• Experience with streaming event software like Vmix and OBS
• Proficiency in archive production using Adobe Creative Suite
• Technical aptitude for quickly learning new software independently
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events in various time zones, including European time zones
