Virtual Event Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual events team, the part-time Virtual Event Producer will manage event production, facilitate live sessions, and ensure high-quality audio and video while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and facilitate virtual events, ensuring alignment with client vision and managing technical aspects
• Assist presenters with platform training and troubleshoot technical issues during live events
• Maintain accurate quality records and build strong client relationships through effective communication

Required qualifications

• Experience facilitating virtual events, preferably with Zoom and Adobe Connect
• Proficiency in A/V production tools and techniques, with Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
• Project management experience and strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events in European time zones
