Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Event Support Coordinator to provide technical and participant support for national virtual events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event preparation and setup, including platform configuration and participant onboarding
- Provide real-time technical and logistical support during live events, including chat moderation and attendee assistance
- Monitor audio, video, and streaming quality throughout events and manage breakout room assignments
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, event support, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Zoom webinar features
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting audio/video issues
- Availability during afternoon and evening hours (Eastern Time)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer with webcam and microphone
