Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Event Support Coordinator to provide technical and participant support for national virtual events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event preparation and setup, including platform configuration and participant onboarding
  • Provide real-time technical and logistical support during live events, including chat moderation and attendee assistance
  • Monitor audio, video, and streaming quality throughout events and manage breakout room assignments
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, event support, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with Zoom webinar features
  • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting audio/video issues
  • Availability during afternoon and evening hours (Eastern Time)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer with webcam and microphone
