Job Summary
An online ticket marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Event Ticketing Customer Service Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Answer questions and resolve issues via phone/chat
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Secure private workspace with a door, away from noise and distractions
- 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload wired internet
- Desktop/Laptop that is less than 3 years old
- Windows 7 or 10 - 64 bit, Processor 2-2.5 GHZ, RAM 4-6 GB
- All other requirements as listed by the company
