Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Events Associate to support the production of virtual events and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical setup and execution of multiple virtual events and webinars weekly
• Drive complex event logistics and troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize event technology and maintain post-event analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or technology industries
• Strong technical skills with experience in virtual event platforms and streaming technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and marketing technology platforms (Cvent, Bynder, Salesforce preferred)
• Experience or interest in marketing operations, digital marketing, or event technology
