Job Summary
This person will serve as the owner's virtual assistant, taking over the administrative tasks of the business, allowing the owner to focus on what she does best. Many tasks and processes have been managed by the owner, so the VA will need to draw these out, creating SOPs, and put them into practice.
Hours: 15+/week with potential to grow
Pay range: $20-25
Duties and responsibilities:
Help with day to day business operations
Email management
Create and implement SOPs
Streamline billing and invoices - Quickbooks online
Manage and create ClickUp templates
Maintain ClickUp trackers and provide weekly reports to the owner
Process expense reports through Gusto
Manage CRM, develop new work-flows and questionnaires
Organize and maintain online project photo galleries
Help with personal tasks

Qualifications:
Must be located in either ET or CT
Must have a positive attitude and be a hard worker
Must have strong decision-making skills
Possess strong attention to detail
Be proactive, assertive, and able to take things off the owner's plate
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be process-oriented, tech-savvy, and innovative
Able to put a decision, plan, or workflow in place; an Implementer
Possess strong follow-up skills
Interior design knowledge or experience a plus; note that you will not be part of the design process but working behind the scenes to implement good business practices
