Job Summary
A virtual administrative support provider is in need of a Virtual Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing relationships with our clients
- Responding to client communications during business hours within one hour by email, phone, and text
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or an office manager directly reporting to the company CEO or President
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google suite of programs
- Experience preparing expense reports
- Experience coordinating projects and working with a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
