Ivy Insights Group, LLC is a full-service Human Resources consulting and professional coaching firm located in Lake Forest, IL, specializing in fulfilling long and short-term contract Human Resources engagements nationally, as well as permanent placement for all levels of Human Resources professionals across all industries. We also specialize in coaching and developing Human Resources professionals, executives, and teams.

We are currently seeking experienced, successful Executive Recruiters.

If so, join us! Although our firm has specialized in recruiting in the Human Resources industry specifically, we are aggressively expanding our business to recruit and staff across several functions and industries; and we are looking to hire the right people to lead the charge.

As an Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening, and recommending candidate placements by using your knowledge and experience, as well as creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for entry level to C-level executive positions throughout the U.S.

You: fearless, competitive, innovative, self-directed, organized, energetically collaborative and have demonstrated the ability to meet new people and learn about their business or job needs. You have an uncanny instinct for identifying challenges, then developing and proposing creative solutions to solve problems. Most importantly, you are an entrepreneurial thinker and possess an insatiable drive to always deliver amazing experiences - for both candidates and clients. You are also able to flawlessly manage full desk recruiting. The ability to function in a rapidly changing environment is essential. We will train top producers to build your own recruiting team to function under your direct leadership in your chosen industry niche.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
Prior full-desk recruiting experience required - 3+ years
Successful direct sales experience preferred
Assertive selling style: a hunter sales mentality - must be a strong closer
History of exceeding goals while enhancing winning teams
Existing relationships, book of business and/or contacts in chosen industry niche with strong competitive drive and clear track record of high achievement
Must enjoy frequent interaction, in person and via telephone, and developing strong personal relationships with both clients and candidates
Will work from home office
Must provide own computer, printer/copier/fax, and high-speed internet access and current Microsoft Office programs
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

*These are contract to permanent roles, and candidates will have the flexibility to work
part-time or full-time.
