A professional services company is in need of a Virtual Executive Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing executive level candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle
- Creating and executing recruitment strategies for various roles at the executive level
- Negotiating hiring terms and managing salary discussions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 10+ years of recruitment experience
- Prior executive recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to establish relationships across all levels of an organization
- Laser focused on providing high touch service to executive level hiring managers and candidates
