Job Summary
A real estate services company has an open position for a Virtual Facilities Management Product Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the Product Manager to develop and deliver against product specifications
- Managing timeline of deliverables by product
- Making recommendations for new, innovative operating models for efficiency of workflow
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working on global projects across a matrixed environment
- Experience in facilities management or corporate real estate
- Strategic thinker with an emphasis on business strategy and the ability to identify solutions to business challenges
- Proven ability to connect with customers and users to identify needs
- 5 years IFM experience
- 4 years in product management
