Job Summary
A private university has an open position for a Virtual Faith Based University Accommodations Operations Adjunct Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Mentoring students and facilitating teaching and learning
- Teaching the basic concepts and skills needed for a career in the accommodations sector of the hospitality and tourism industry
Qualifications for this position include:
- Upholding the mission, values, and standards of the LDS Church
- Supporting the BYU-Idaho Learning Model and participating in an online teaching group
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of hotel experience
- Skilled in guest conflict resolution and mentoring front desk agents
- 2 years of experience as a GM or AGM in a select-service hotel or a GM, AGM or department head at a full-service hotel
