Job Summary

A health service provider is seeking a Virtual Family Physician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing continuity of care to patients with a wide range of acuity from young/healthy to chronic conditions
• Updating patient's immunizations as needed
• Providing exceptional virtual primary care for your panel of patients 18+ (phone, messaging, video)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centric care through video, phone, and secure messaging
• 3+ years of primary care experience; specialty in Family Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Willingness to learn new technologies
