Job Summary

A human resources company is seeking a Virtual Federal Staffing Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading Staffing Analysts and Senior Analysts
  • Performing the End-to-End (Recruitment to Hire) Staffing Process
  • Posting jobs and following job posting processes

Required Skills:

  • Must be onsite in Washington, DC for at least 4 weeks to train
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing the full range of staffing activities for a federal agency
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
  • Experience handling and processing sensitive information (PII)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
