Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Field Access Manager (vFAM) for the Northeast time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on access resources and guide them through reimbursement processes
• Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing access challenges and ensuring follow-through
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide coordinated support and deliver virtual training

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or provider-facing pharmaceutical roles
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape and specialty product access pathways
• Experience working in a virtual environment with proficiency in video conferencing and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and workflows independently
