Key Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on access resources and reimbursement processes
• Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing access challenges
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated support and timely resolution of access issues

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or provider-facing pharmaceutical roles
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape and specialty product access pathways
• Experience in a virtual environment with video conferencing and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts independently
