Job Summary
A provider of consumer transaction technology services has a current position open for a Virtual Field Operations Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing service strategies and programs
- Leading technical support initiatives and operations
- Auditing and monitoring the assigned account base to anticipate future service and business requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Five years of supervisory experience
- Eight or more years of services delivery or operations support
- Ability to addresses issues escalated from the territories
