Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Finance and Accounting Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build strong trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing requirements
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for various regional locations/ franchises
- Develop an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our national franchise network
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Reside in either Eastern or Central time zone in order to best serve eastern region clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience - finance, accounting or professional services recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Diversity recruitment, AIRS CDR highly preferred
- A passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
