Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is filling a position for a Virtual Financial Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Create Purchase Orders to Keep track of Project
- Maintain Expense Tracker for Open Projects
- Assist Project Manager with tracking costs
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or General education degree
- Minimum of four years experience in administrative or financial transaction support
- Good computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
