Job Summary
A financial services and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Financial Services Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills
- Managing an average of 60 to 80 calls per day
- Taking ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales or a related field
- Highly skilled at verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
