A financial technology service provider has an open position for a Virtual Financial Technology Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling all inquiries professionally and courteously and with accuracy
  • Answering and returning inquiries in a timely manner
  • Clearly communicating answers and solutions to the customer

Qualifications Include:

  • Telephone inquiry experience or ability to handle a constant flow of incoming calls
  • Customer service experience and benefit experience typically acquired in 6 months to two years
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
