Job Summary
A financial technology service provider has an open position for a Virtual Financial Technology Customer Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling all inquiries professionally and courteously and with accuracy
- Answering and returning inquiries in a timely manner
- Clearly communicating answers and solutions to the customer
Qualifications Include:
- Telephone inquiry experience or ability to handle a constant flow of incoming calls
- Customer service experience and benefit experience typically acquired in 6 months to two years
- Computer proficiency required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
