Job Summary

A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote FinTech Production Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to system generated alerts/escalations relating to failures on the platform
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive measures
  • Enhancing monitoring with custom scripts and terraform

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of experience with Production Support
  • 3 years of Linux experience
  • 2 years experience with kubernetes support
  • 2 years experience with terraform and ansible
  • 2 years of experience with AWS and GCP
  • 2 years of experience with Jenkins
