A provider of Employee Assistance Programs has a current position open for a Virtual FMLA Customer Experience Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Telephonically administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with callers
  • Meet production and quality goals set by the FMLA Department

Qualifications Include:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-speed internet and a quiet home office set up
