A retailer of less-than-perfect produce is seeking a Virtual Food Products Customer Care Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Meeting program specific KPI requirements
  • Devising creative solutions to any and all problems that arise

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
  • Impeccable computer skills and knowledge
