Job Summary
A retailer of less-than-perfect produce is seeking a Virtual Food Products Customer Care Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text
- Meeting program specific KPI requirements
- Devising creative solutions to any and all problems that arise

- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
