A legal company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Franchise Attorney in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working on a remote basis for a national medical services company
- Creating a franchisee compliance program, assessments and field audit forms
- Being responsible for updating the company's franchise disclosure document (FDD) and franchise agreements to meet state filing requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Admission to the state bar in which the candidate is located is required
- Qualified candidates will have at least six years of franchise experience
- Must have experience preparing franchise filings with states
- Must have experience assisting with standardizing the company's policies to franchisees
