Job Summary

A product consulting firm is in need of a Virtual Front End JavaScript Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing lots of quality, high performing JavaScript code
  • Collaborating daily with UX, Engineering, QA and DevOps to deliver functionality to highly visible web apps used in the financial industry
  • Mentoring more junior team members regarding development best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with Angular2
  • Experience delivering high value, heavy UI front-end products
  • Good understanding of front-end component based architectures
  • Strong Javascript basis and very good understand of the JS core (ES6/7)
  • Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with at least one of the SCSS compilers Sass or Less
