Job Summary
A business process solutions company is filling a position for a Virtual Gaming Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Execute on delivering a great customer experience
- Utilize your understanding of Routers, Streaming Video and Web Applications
- Handle multiple call types
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiarity with social networking (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Familiarity with the gaming environment and the modern gaming consoles
- Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum keyboard skills of 30 WPM (verified with typing test during application process)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
