Job Summary
A real estate services and investment firm has a current position open for a Virtual Global Finance Processes Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Determine the process sequence and interaction
- Align process with policies, procedures and controls, and strategic direction
- Evaluate and propose process improvements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of work with a minimum of 9-12 years’ experience
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
