Job Summary
An internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Global Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing knowledge of current market place and trends
- Sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to the Recruiter
- Preparing target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops a sourcing strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 10 years of experience working independently to meet deadlines
- At least 7-10 years of experience with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in HR, recruiting or staffing
- At least 7-10 years of social networking experience using internet networking tools
- At least 7-10 years of experience with Boolean Search Strings
- Experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
