Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Global Transaction Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Training of new hires
• Reviewing escalated issues for appropriate handling
• Updating SOPs

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• Must be available to work an 8 hours shift Monday - Friday starting between the hours of 6:00am – 8:00am CST
• Intermediate or higher level of skill/experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with designing and maintaining SharePoint sites, including workflows
• 1+ year experience in UNET or a similar claims processing system
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as business requires
