Job Summary
A non-profit focused on education is in need of a Virtual Good to Great Classroom Innovator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Bringing a deep understanding of research-based instructional strategies for the content areas and grade level(s) you support
- Expertly modelling standards aligned instruction using high-quality instructional materials
- Ensuring participants make meaningful and lasting changes to their approach and practice
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum four years of successful teaching experience
- At least two years teaching in the selected content area
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students and adults
- Experience and comfort providing direct, in-the-moment feedback to teachers
- Experience in facilitating effective training experiences for adult learners, both in-person
- A positive outlook, flexibility, and sense of possibility in stressful situations
