A travel management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Research complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules
- Understanding of Government travel requirements
- Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience and knowledge of a GDS System
