Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Virtual Grievance and Appeals Specialist II in Dayton.

Must be able to:

• Identify appropriate claim problem within the appeal
• Attend and participate in Appeals Committee meetings as needed
• Review submitted appeals daily for validation of the appeal

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare customer service, claims, compliance or related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Familiarity of the Healthcare field
• Knowledge of Medicaid
