Virtual Group Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Group Facilitator to provide direct patient support and therapeutic interventions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for patients while modeling healthy eating habits
• Engage with patients and deliver curriculum in alignment with the therapeutic approach
• Monitor patient safety, document interactions, and participate in treatment team meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in counseling or similar field preferred
• Two years of experience in a relevant health-related field; preferred virtual group therapy experience
• Proficiency with technology and required software, including high-speed internet and quality video equipment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
