Job Summary

An online media company is in need of a Virtual Growth Marketing Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the strategy, management, and optimization of paid marketing efforts
• Leading strategic direction of marketing and growth
• Driving social strategy

Qualifications Include:

• 8 years or more experience in growth marketing, direct response, or related
• Experience managing a variety of organic and paid marketing channels
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading engagement and retention marketing initiatives
• Ability to define and execute strategy and deliver results against goals
• Must be strong in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and PowerPoint
