Job Summary
A startup company has an open position for a Virtual Head of People and Culture.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing new and existing employee data within HR-related systems
- Improving and developing HR infrastructure that accelerates business and team growth
- Leading employee onboarding and offboarding logistics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two annual company retreats
- Minimum: 4+ years of hands-on HR experience working with a small business or startup company in a growth environment
- Directly applicable experience working with senior management/C-Level executives
- Strong leadership and group facilitation skills
- Ability to recognize trends within the company and design systematic, goal-oriented HR initiatives
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent analytical and writing skills
