Job Summary

A startup company has an open position for a Virtual Head of People and Culture.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing new and existing employee data within HR-related systems
  • Improving and developing HR infrastructure that accelerates business and team growth
  • Leading employee onboarding and offboarding logistics

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Two annual company retreats
  • Minimum: 4+ years of hands-on HR experience working with a small business or startup company in a growth environment
  • Directly applicable experience working with senior management/C-Level executives
  • Strong leadership and group facilitation skills
  • Ability to recognize trends within the company and design systematic, goal-oriented HR initiatives
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent analytical and writing skills
