Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Health Assessment Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual health assessments for members
Cross-train into urgent care and/or virtual primary care
Interact with members virtually for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

Required Qualifications:

DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
Licensed in Texas and Georgia, with ability to obtain licensure in additional states
3+ years experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
Full-time availability with evening and weekend shifts required
