A digital healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Health Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Listening openly to participant challenges
- Getting creative in adapting to participant needs
- Work with participants toward healthy lifestyle changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years in health coaching or behavioral health
- Experience with medium to large case loads at a time
- Ability to become an expert in translating best practice coaching to digital forum
- Ability to proactively manage large number of program participants (200 ) at once
- Ability to operate on highly developed security platform and uphold safety standards
