Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Virtual Health Insurance Quality and Training Lead Member Navigator.
Must be able to:
- Conduct ongoing Quality Assurance reviews for a team of 20+ telesales agents
- Utilize data surrounding QA reviews to identify opportunities
- Partner with Business leaders to develop training materials for new initiatives
