Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Virtual Health Insurance Quality and Training Lead Member Navigator.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct ongoing Quality Assurance reviews for a team of 20+ telesales agents
  • Utilize data surrounding QA reviews to identify opportunities
  • Partner with Business leaders to develop training materials for new initiatives
